Once weighed 475 pounds, then took up natural health and fitness. Dropped 300 pounds of fat and put on over 60 pounds of lean muscle. It took 15 years to put on the muscle mind you, but a very productive 15 years if you ask me.
Bodybuilding is my life and internet marketing creates my lifestyle.

A recent goal I'm working towards is having my Black Belt in Taekwondo by the time I'm 40. Recently started training again after having 4 years off to build my business. I'm currently a red belt with two testings left to go for BB.

I completed the West Coast Trail in 2004 and dropped 2% bodyfat during the week long, 75Km hike. You can read my trip log at http://westcoasttrail.formerfatguy.com
Planning it again for this year 2007 with a buddy
